Billing

How does your billing work?

Billing has two components:

  • Initial payment based on your projected team size and developer rates.
  • Ongoing billing on a monthly or bi-weekly cycle, depending on engagement terms.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged at the end of each billing cycle for the developer(s) you’re working with. The billing cycle is usually monthly or bi-weekly. For new engagements, an upfront deposit may be required.

What happens if a developer works extra hours?

While we aim to stay within the agreed hours, there may be occasional instances where a bit of extra time is needed to ensure quality and complete work delivery. In such cases, we’ll notify you beforehand, and with your approval, any additional hours will be reflected in the next invoice.

Do unused hours carry forward or get refunded?

If your project ends early, any unused prepaid hours will be refunded or credited based on your preference.

What payment options do you accept?

 We support payments via:

  • International wire transfer
  • Wise
  • Payoneer
  • Credit cards

Claim & Support

I don’t like the developer. What now?

No problem. We have a replacement policy, please, let us know immediately by sending an email to [email protected]. We will get in touch right away.

I’m not happy with the quality. Can I get a refund?

Yes. If work quality doesn’t meet expectations and we can’t fix it via replacement, we’ll issue a partial or full refund depending on the case.

How do I report a concern?

Email us directly at [email protected]. We typically respond within 24 hours.

Developers

Do your developers speak fluent English?

Yes. All developers undergo a live communication screening to ensure strong English and professional fluency.

How do you vet developers?

We manually screen every developer to ensure top-tier quality, communication, and reliability. Only 1.2 – 4% make it through.

1. Resume & Soft Skills Screening
We review resumes for relevant experience, English proficiency, and remote work readiness.

2. Technical Assessment
Candidates complete a real-world coding challenge tailored to their role – Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, etc.

3. Live Technical Interview
We conduct in-depth interviews covering system design, code reviews, and hands-on problem-solving.

4. Final Review & Approval
A final evaluation includes a GitHub/codebase audit and precision skill tagging to ensure accurate placement.

Where are your developers located?

Currently, all of our developers are located in Nepal.

Will time zone differences be a problem?

Not at all. We ensure a minimum 4-hour overlap with your working hours, typically during your core business window. Many of our developers can adjust to partial or even full-time overlap, depending on your needs.

Think of it as a 24-hour development machine – As long as expectations are clear and communication stays consistent, we turn time zone differences into a productivity advantage.

Can I interview the developer before hiring?

Absolutely. You’ll have the opportunity to interview, test, or run a coding challenge with any shortlisted developer.

Will I work directly with the developer?

Yes. You communicate with the developer directly- via Slack, Zoom, or your preferred tool.

Can I see the developer’s resume or portfolio?

Yes. We’ll send a detailed CV or portfolio.

Do your developers work on fixed-price projects?

We primarily focus on dedicated, hourly/monthly engagements, but can explore fixed-price models for clearly scoped and size-able work.
