Job Description

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to own the full sales cycle for our software development team augmentation and outsourcing services. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, outreach, booking meetings, and sometimes closing deals—while helping shape our sales process from the ground up.This role is perfect for someone experienced in B2B services sales who can operate independently and think strategically. You won’t just be following a script—you’ll be helping build the playbook.

What You’ll Be Doing?
– Identify and research companies that need software development support.
– Run outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
– Own the entire sales cycle—from first contact to closing the deal.
– Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified opportunities.
– Deliver tailored pitches and presentations to key decision-makers.
– Handle objections, follow up consistently, and move deals forward.
– Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging, targeting, and process.
– Contribute to building scalable systems for lead generation and sales.

Who We’re Looking For?
– Proven experience in full-cycle B2B sales—especially in outsourcing, team augmentation, or technical staffing.
– Comfortable prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing deals.
– Background in or familiarity with tech, IT, or software development.
– Experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
– Fluent English and confident communication skills (verbal and written).
– Independent, self-motivated, and able to thrive without micromanagement.
– Creative thinker who can help shape and refine sales strategy.
