No Bull Code ATS is a recruitment and applicant tracking system designed to help recruiters manage candidate communication, interviews, and hiring workflows in one place.
To provide these features, the application integrates with third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, and an optional Chrome Extension that supports LinkedIn profile imports. We access user data only when explicitly authorized by the user and solely to support recruitment-related actions initiated within the application.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, access, use, store, share, and protect personal data, including data obtained through Google APIs, Microsoft APIs, and browser extensions. It also explains the choices and controls available to users regarding their data.

3. Information We Access
3.1 Google Account Data
When you authorize No Bull Code ATS through Google OAuth, we may access the following data based on the permissions you approve:
Gmail Data

- Emails are sent only when explicitly composed and triggered by the user within the application
- Emails are sent from the user’s own Gmail account
Google Calendar Data

- Used to create, update, reschedule, and cancel interview calendar events
- Used to generate Google Meet links for interviews
- All updates notify attendees using standard Google Calendar notifications
User Identity Data
userinfo.email
- Used to identify the authenticated user’s email address
- Ensures emails are sent from the correct sender account
- Used only for authentication and account identification
3.2 Microsoft Account Data (Microsoft Graph)
When you authorize No Bull Code ATS through Microsoft OAuth (Microsoft Graph), we may access the following data based on the permissions you approve. Microsoft data is accessed only to support recruitment and interview workflows initiated by the user.
Microsoft Calendar Data

- Used to create, update, reschedule, and cancel interview calendar events
- Used to add interview attendees and keep event details synced (time, title, location, description)
- Calendar access is used only for interview scheduling actions initiated by the user within No Bull Code ATS
Microsoft Email Data
mail.send
- Used to send recruitment-related emails such as interview invitations and follow-up messages
- Emails are composed and sent only when explicitly triggered by the user
- Emails are sent from the user’s own Microsoft mailbox
Microsoft Teams / Online Meetings
onlineMeetings.readWrite
- Used to create and manage Microsoft Teams meeting links for interviews
- Used only when the user schedules an interview that requires an online meeting link
Offline Access
offline_access
- Used to maintain secure access to Microsoft services via refresh tokens
- Allows the integration to function without requiring repeated sign-ins
- Tokens are used only to provide the features authorized by the user
User Identity Data
user.Read
- Used to read basic profile information such as name and email address
- Used for authentication and to ensure actions are performed by the correct user account
3.3 Chrome Extension (LinkedIn Profile Import)
No Bull Code ATS offers an optional Chrome Extension (“Extension”) that helps recruiters import LinkedIn candidate profiles into their NB Recruitment workspace.
What the Extension Accesses
When you use the Extension on LinkedIn, it may access:
- LinkedIn profile page content that you are actively viewing (such as name, headline, role, company, location, profile URL, experience, education, and skills) only when you initiate an import
- NB Recruitment session and authentication data required to sync your login with the web application
- Basic Extension settings such as selected workspace or project
How We Use Extension Data
The Extension uses this information only to:
- Import candidate details into your NB Recruitment workspace
- Allow assignment of candidates to specific workspaces or projects
- Keep the Extension session securely synced so you do not need to log in repeatedly
We do not use Extension data for advertising, marketing, profiling, unrelated analytics, or training artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Storage, Sharing, and Security (Extension)
- Limited data (such as session tokens and settings) may be stored locally in your browser
- Candidate data is sent to No Bull Code ATS only when you click “Import” and is transmitted securely over HTTPS
- We do not sell or share Extension data with third parties
- You can revoke access at any time by logging out, disconnecting the Extension, or uninstalling it
4. How We Use Information
We use accessed data solely to provide core recruitment functionality, including:
- Sending and receiving recruitment-related emails
- Tracking candidate communication history
- Scheduling, updating, and managing interview events
- Syncing interviewer availability and RSVP status
- Importing and managing candidate profiles within recruitment pipelines
We do not use user data for advertising, marketing, profiling, analytics unrelated to recruitment, or training machine learning or AI models.
5. Google API Limited Use Compliance
No Bull Code ATS complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- Google user data is used only to provide user-facing recruitment features
- Data is accessed only in response to explicit user actions
- We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties
- We do not use Google user data for advertising or marketing
- We do not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models
6. Data Minimization
We request and access only the minimum data required to perform recruitment workflows:
- Gmail access is limited to recruitment-related emails
- Calendar access is limited to interview events created through the application
- Identity data is limited to basic user identification
- Extension access is limited to profile data explicitly imported by the user
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data.
Data may be shared only:
- With invited interview participants via email and calendar tools when initiated by the user
- With internal system components required to operate No Bull Code ATS
8. Data Storage and Retention
- Email and calendar metadata is stored only as needed to support recruitment workflows
- Full email content is not retained beyond what is required to display communication history within the ATS
- Candidate data imported via the Extension is stored within the user’s workspace
- Data is retained only for the duration of the user’s account or until access is revoked
Users may disconnect Google or Microsoft accounts at any time, which immediately revokes further access.
9. Security Measures
We use industry-standard security practices to protect user data, including:
- OAuth 2.0 authentication
- Encrypted data transmission over HTTPS
- Role-based access controls and permission restrictions
- Internal review and auditing of data access permissions
10. User Rights and Control
Users have the right to:
- Review requested OAuth permissions before granting access
- Revoke Google or Microsoft account access at any time
- Uninstall or disconnect the Chrome Extension
- Request deletion of stored data associated with their account

11. Third-Party Services
